In recent years we have invested heavily in machines that accelerate the production process, such as computerized pre-assemblies, vertical storage warehouses, X-ray equipment for the scanning of footwear. Efficiency and the guarantee a product of the highest quality.
We take care of all the steps involved in the creation of shoes, from design to the development of the model, from choosing materials to managing the various external processes, right up to assembly in the production chain, quality control, packaging and shipping to the final customer. The entire production cycle, from the procuring of materials to shipping of the finished product has a timing range of between 60 and 90 days, depending on the complexity of the models to be developed.
Production chain
The modelling department is essential for us. Thanks to specialized personnel and latest generation CAD/CAM software, we guarantee high quality both for cutting and for the development of the modelling in the sampling and production phases.
This makes it possible to produce batches of an extremely reduced size.
Our staff is able to manage all the phases in the footwear production process: from the design to the survey of the model, from handling of the samples and the subsequent fine-tuning of forms and constructions, up to the managing the orders and subsequent hand-over to the production line.
